Apparently, the Queen of Bravo has had enough.
Teresa Giudice, star of Real Housewives of New Jersey is not one bit happy with the things going on behind the scenes. The past two seasons of the show had viewers always glued to their screens with the drama from Teresa and her family. By her family, I mean her brother Joe Gorga, and her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga.
In fact, the constant fights between the sisters-in-law have led viewers to choose sides and form Teams. There’s Team Teresa and Team Melissa. But then, these teams who went out of their way to create fan accounts for their favorites have taken it upon themselves to make the feuds personal. They go ahead to troll each other, and even threaten the stars involved.
Of course, Teresa and Melissa are not the only housewives that have gone physical on the show. At the season finale, Jennifer Aydin and Danielle Cabral were featured getting into a physical altercation which ended up with the two not being on speaking terms.
Teresa Calls Out The Toxic Actions From Fans
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, July 24, the mom of four made a lengthy post venting and warning trolls to desist from bullying Bravo stars online, spreading false rumors about them, and threatening their businesses.
“I have been on The Real Housewives of New Jersey for the last 14 seasons and during that time I have seen and been a part of my fair share of drama with my cast mates,” began Teresa.
She continued, “What is happening off camera on social media, is absolutely disgusting and is fueled by toxic people who are not affiliated with the show or cast and are only interested in promoting themselves by spreading their hate through false narratives and lies.”
The reality TV star explained that these offline actions are affecting her and her co-stars. Although she didn’t mention any name, it was obvious she was referring to her fellow drama queens Melissa Gorga, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Aydin, Danielle Cabral, Rachel Fuda, Jackie Goldschneider and Jenn Fessler. Continuing, she wrote:
“They are attacking our children, going after our businesses and they are turning something that is supposed to be entertainment into something very dark and toxic. This hate and toxicity has to stop. I am asking everyone to stop engaging in any negativity towards my cast mates and all our families. Enough is enough.”
Is There A Different Reason Behind Teresa’s Warning Post?
After her warning post, Teresa went on to lock the comments section to keep her followers from commenting on their opinions. But then, locking the comments didn’t stop them from sharing their two cents because screenshots of the post were sent to Twitter and enough opinions were shared on the matter.
The fact that Teresa, 52, didn’t share any specific instance that resulted in her outcry doesn’t rule out the possibility that was somehow referring to the social media scandal that happened with a troll account that goes by the name MelissasOldNose. The account once claimed that some Bravo stars paid her to dig up dirts on some of their co-stars.
The account also mentioned Teresa, and Jennifer Aydin, 47, as the stars in question, and went on to publish alleged screenshots of private chats between her, Teresa, and Jennifer, asking her to dig up dirt on co-stars Gorga, Fuda, and Josephs, and also shared that Teresa and Jennifer shared with her screeners to episodes before they aired.
Of course, Teresa denied having shared any video before it aired, let alone ask for someone’s past to be aired, Jennifer on her part addressed the allegations during a July 14 interview on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. Jennifer said:
“All bloggers out there start out as fans, and we are very good to our fans. Some get more invested than others… [the big lesson is] don’t talk to anybody, don’t talk to bloggers, don’t be so candid and naive and think you’re being nice to them in an attempt to not make them not like you and just say I’m not dealing with you anymore. Nobody is innocent here, everybody talks to bloggers, Andy, mine is just being put on blast. But I will say theirs is being put on blast too. It’s just too hard to follow and who cares at this point?”
