- Algerian citizens must be between the ages of 18 and 35 to be eligible for an e-Visa. Otherwise, a regular visa is required.
- Citizens of Zambia, Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Philippines are not eligible for an e-Visa upon arrival at Istanbul Ataturk Airport.
