UK data – Lloyds Bank business sentiment index hits its highest since November 2015

Lloyds Bank Business Barometer jumped by eight points to
50% in May

  • highest since November 2015
  • confidence about the broader economy was its highest since
    September 2021

Less encouraging from the report (via Reuters) is that
more businesses said they expected to increase their
prices for the second month in a row.
