Wunsch said the first two European Central Bank rate cuts are relatively easy. Plenty of ECB officials have said the first one is easy and after that its complicated. The first two now floated by Wunsch. He was echoing earlier comments from Chairman of the Central Bank of Lithuania & Member of the ECB Governing Council Gediminas Simkus:
