Reserve Bank of New Zealand inflation expectations survey: 2 yr at 2.12% (prior 2.03%)

New Zealand Inflation Forecast for Q4 2024:

2 yrs 2.12%, jumping from the previous quarter

  • prior 2.03%

1 yr 2.05%, contrasts with a drop from the previous quarter survey

  • prior 2.4%

NZD/USD hasn’t really moved on the data. The RBNZ is expected to cut its cash rate again at its November 27 meeting.
