Trump says he expects the Fed to listen to him on interest rates
globalreutersJanuary 23, 20251 Mins read If you look at the composition of the Fed, even after Trump fills upcoming appointments, there just aren’t the votes for Trump to sway the Fed.
We’re going to be hearing him barking about interest rates for the next four years but I think it’s a waste of energy to worry about it and it won’t be a market mover.
