European indices open a little higher to start the week

  • Eurostoxx +0.3%
  • Germany DAX +0.4%
  • France CAC 40 +0.3%
  • UK FTSE +0.2%
  • Spain IBEX +0.2%
  • Italy FTSE MIB +0.1%

That is what’s at stake for this week but so far, the early signs are optimistic. Investors are shrugging off Trump’s tariff threats with US futures also sitting higher. S&P 500 futures opened with a gap down but are now seen up 0.3% on the day.
