During a heartbreaking interview with content creator Mrlilgaga, beloved actor and comedian Black Camaru shared a moving story of his journey from fame to ruin.

Once a highly in-demand actor, Black Camaru revealed that he had received an impressive N5M for his role in the film Gangs of Lagos.

However, he faced a tragic downfall due to his struggles with addiction, ultimately leading him to financial ruin and homelessness.

Black Camaru openly admitted to his vices, pointing to excessive drinking and smoking as key factors in his financial collapse. Filled with regret, Black Camaru acknowledged the role of alcoholism in his demise.

In a plea to Nigerians, the star of ‘you wanna see crazy’ asked for financial help and accommodation, promising to never touch alcohol again after enduring a harrowing journey back from rock bottom.
