Eurostoxx futures -0.6% in early European trading

  • German DAX futures -0.6%
  • UK FTSE futures -0.6%

Despite the negative feels in the past few sessions, it’s not all bad for European indices this week. French stocks are poised for back-to-back weekly declines but the DAX is still barely holding on to gains for the week if the opening indication is anything to go by. Meanwhile, Spanish and Italian benchmark indices are also still up on the week though the latter might see gains dissipate if the drop today keeps up. The mood in Wall Street remains sour as well after the selling picked up late yesterday. S&P 500 futures are now down 0.1% as we look to the session ahead.
