Trump tells advisors he wants to announce Ukraine minerals deal during Congress speech

A Reuters report says Trump continues to want to sign the Ukraine minerals deal (I’m not sure why it’s called this as it also includes infrastructure and ports) and wants to announce that he’s going to do to it tonight.

I don’t see this as a surprise as Ukraine never said it was off the table and even at the height of last week’s blow-up no one said it was going to be pulled.

I think there are much bigger questions about NATO and tariffs in today’s speech.
