Chelsea defeated Leicester City 1-0 at Stamford Bridge, due to a sensational second-half goal from Marc Cucurella.

The Blues had an opportunity to grab the lead earlier when Jadon Sancho was clipped inside the box, but Cole Palmer’s penalty was saved.

His goal proved pivotal, securing Enzo Maresca’s side’s second Premier League win in a row.

Chelsea’s triumph puts them back in the top four, increasing their chances of qualifying for the Champions League.
