China president Xi congratulations Putin on election win, reaffirms continued partnership

The Chinese foreign ministry also comments that “China and Russia are each other’s largest neighbours and comprehensive strategic partners in the new era”. Adding that “under the guidance of Xi an Putin, China-Russia relations will continue to move forward”.
