City’s Road to Glory: Fulham Downed at Home

Here’s a fresh take on the thrilling match at Craven Cottage where Manchester City truly showed what they’re made of, sweeping Fulham away with a commanding 4-0 victory. What a spectacle it was!

The game kicked off with all eyes on City, as they needed a win to leapfrog Arsenal at the top of the table. Right from the start, City was in the driver’s seat. Josko Gvardiol, our summer signing who’s been on fire lately, sliced through Fulham’s defense early on. After a nifty one-two with Kevin De Bruyne, Gvardiol found the back of the net at the 13-minute mark, setting the pace for the match.

Despite dominating, City only added to their tally in the second half. Phil Foden, oh boy, what form he’s in! He netted his 25th of the season in the 59th minute. The crowd, including celeb fan Noel Gallagher, went wild!

The drama didn’t stop there. Gvardiol doubled up, grabbing his second of the match, and Julian Alvarez sealed the deal with a penalty in the dying seconds. What a finish!

Now, with City two points clear and Liverpool out of the race, it’s safe to say the title is Manchester’s to lose. With just a couple of games left, the pressure is mounting, but so is the excitement.
