ECB’s Lane: Services inflation is receding more slowly than historical norm

This seems to be a global effect and I wonder if it’s a result of: 1) Higher home/rent due to work from home preferences 2) Some other pandemic skew 3) Aging demographics 4) High government spending during/after the pandemic.
