Eurostoxx futures -0.4% in early European trading

  • German DAX futures -0.5%
  • UK FTSE futures -0.2%

Tech shares were the ones who outperformed in Wall Street yesterday with the Nasdaq ending up 0.3% but the Dow fell by 0.4%. European stocks are feeling more of the weight of the latter today but at least it is somewhat balanced out by higher US futures after Nvidia’s earnings beat. S&P 500 futures are now up 0.4%, Nasdaq futures up 0.5%, and Dow futures up 0.2%. For European indices, the slight dent indicated at the open is just a minor one after the more solid gains yesterday.
