Harker is such a steady hand at the Fed. He speaks just the right amount and isn’t fond of sending mixed signals.
Unfortunately he’s retiring next year but he’s always worth listening to. He will speak at 10 am ET in a fireside chat on “Second Chance Employment”. That’s not a topic that’s directly related to monetary policy but I’m sure he will be asked about rates.
