Geopolitics: Netanyahu says intense fighting will resume if hostages are not returned

Israel’s Netanyahu says that if it, it does not return averages by Saturday noo, intent fighting will resume until, as is finally defeated.

Pres. Trump reiterated that response. He also says:

• Thinks there will be parcels of land in Jordan Egypt where Palestinians will live
• All passages need to be out by Saturday or all better off
• We’re going to take Gaza
• Asked if he would develop personally and said “No”
• Asked under what authority would the US take Gaza, Trump says under US authority
• when Gaza is developed, which will be quite a while for now, it will bring many jobs to the region

Last week Pres. Trump met with Israals Netanyhu and presented his vision for the Gaza strip and reiterated his vision for redeveloping Gaza, describing it as a “big real estate site” that the U.S. would slowly develop to bring stability to the region.

Trump opposed allowing Palestinians to return to Gaza immediately, stating that he did not want Hamas to regain control. He likened the war-torn enclave to a “demolition site” that would be “leveled out” and rebuilt, suggesting that other Middle Eastern nations could house displaced Palestinians in “beautiful sites.”

Netanyahu praised the proposal, contrasting it with prior suggestions that involved the Palestinian Authority governing Gaza.

However, Hamas officials rejected Trump’s remarks as “absurd,” emphasizing that Gaza is not a property to be bought or sold and remains part of occupied Palestinian land.
