Jnr Pope: Man who claims to be the captain of the boat gives an account of what allegedly transpired before and after the accident (video)

A man who claims to be the captain of the boat which capsized and claimed the life of actor Jnr Pope and four others has come out to share his side of the story.  In a viral video, the man alleged that the late actor refused to rent a life jacket saying he doesn’t have money. The man also alleged that the deceased actor and some others on the boat refused to appease the powers of the river, insisting that they were children of God.
