The latest rumors swirling around Italy suggest Juventus may be interested in Roma defender Gianluca Mancini.
Over recent days, Roma’s interest in Federico Chiesa has been talked about a lot.
The Giallorossi consider Chiesa the top target for the summer and the ideal reinforcement for Daniele De Rossi in his first full season as Roma’s head coach.
With only one year left on his contract, Chiesa feels Juve haven’t given him enough confidence as the star of the team.
Therefore, the player seems to be keen on joining Roma.
However, Juve’s demands for Chiesa continue to be quite elevated.
According to Italian journalist Attilio Malena, Juventus want €40 million (negotiable) for the ex-Fiorentina winger.
Moreover, Malena reports that Juventus would be willing to discuss a package deal that included Roma defender Gianluca Mancini.
Otherwise, the Bianconeri will focus on the highest bidder; in this case, Napoli seem to be ready to spend over €25 million on Chiesa and are therefore in pole position to land the player unless Roma find the agreement with Chiesa’s agent first.
