Leicester turn down Roma’s loan request for Soumaré, favor permanent deal instead

Boubakary Soumaré is still a target for Roma, although the conditions set by Leicester City do not appear favorable to the Giallorossi.

As reported by Filippo Biafora of Il Tempo, Roma’s recent request for Soumaré on loan from Leicester was met with indifference by the Foxes.

Biafora suggest Leicester City – after loaning out the midfielder last season to Sevilla – would rather see Soumaré leave on a permanent deal.

Leicester City are now hoping for such an offer from either Monaco or and Lyon, two other clubs have shown interest in the 24-year-old.
