Loïc Badé remains a target for Roma as the summer transfer window enters its final weeks.
The French defender – fresh off a silver medal at the Paris Olympics – is currently rumored as Roma’s new target for De Rossi’s backline.
During the Olympic final with Spain, Badé was followed family and friends in the stands of the Parc des Princes stadium.
At the end of the final, Spanish news outlet ElDesmarque spoke to some of his relatives as they left the stadium.
In addition to the tournament, which allowed Badé to showcase himself, there was also talk about his future, fueled by the news arriving from Italy regarding Roma’s interest in him.
When asked whether he will stay at Sevilla or change teams, one of the player’s family members replied: “I can’t answer that. I can’t know.”
At the moment Badé, with a contract until 2027, will have to return to training with Sevilla in the next few days and make himself available to García Pimienta.
However, Roma’s interest could represent a turning point in his career, with the Roman club potentially taking a step forward in the coming days to bring him to the capital.
