Matthew Ryan close to joining Lens from Roma

Matthew Ryan is very close to leaving Roma.

After joining the club as a free agent in the summer, the Australian keeper is now tipped to move to France.

As reported by L’Equipe, Ryan is in talks with Lens and negotiations are entering the final stages.

At Lens, Ryan would have a chance to start – which has not been the case at Roma due to Mile Svilar’s heroics.

With Ryan set to leave, Roma are ready to replace him with Pierluigi Gollini from Atalanta.

The Italian shot-stopper is waiting for the green light from Roma in order to interrupt his loan at Genoa and move to the capital.
