- China heavenly subsidizes products that are dumped in foreign markets.
Biden announced his hike on tariffs on Chinese EVs, semiconductor chips, batteries, solar cells, steel, aluminum, medical products and port cranes.
It is Biden’s biggest China tariff move yet.
