Ranieri leaves door open for Udinese’s Lorenzo Lucca: “We’re following him.”

Claudio Ranieri addressed the recent rumors linking Roma with Udinese forward Lorenzo Lucca.

In the aftermath of Roma’s 2-1 win over Udinese, the veteran technician did not deny the links with the Italian striker.

In his post-match media appearances, Ranieri remarked, “He’s a good player, an excellent youngster.”

“He’s got good heading abilities,” he added. “We’re following him and let’s see…”

Then, leaving the interview, Ranieri joked, “[Udinese president] Pozzo will be happy…”
