Roma after Portuguese right back Alberto Costa

Roma are reportedly after Alberto Costa of Vitoria Guimarães.

The Giallorossi are looking to strengthen their defense and add another fullback to Claudio Ranieri’s disposal.

More specifically, Roma are looking for a player rotate with Zeki Celik on the right flank.

That player could be Alberto Costa, writes Filippo Biafora of Il Tempo.

Roma have joined the race for the 21-year-old who so far has recorded 3 assists this season.

Ojogo suggests the Giallorossi have even gone as far as offering 8 million euros for him.

However, several clubs – including Juventus and Atalanta – are interested in him and Portuguese media claim he is one step away from joining Sporting Lisbon.
