Roma entertain first talks with Gian Piero Gasperini

Roma are reportedly interested in Gian Piero Gasperini as the man to take over Ranieri’s job at the end of the season.

According to Marco Conterio of tuttomercatoweb, the Giallorossi have initiated the first contacts for the arrival of Gian Piero Gasperini on the Roma bench next summer.

The Italian technician has been leading Atalanta since 2016 and under his technical guidance the Bergamaschi club experienced the most glorious years of its history.

However, lately something seems to have broken between Gasperini and the Atalanta environment.

Roma seem intent on testing his availability for a move in the summer, but for now there is still no concrete scenario that would involve his arrival in the Italian capital.
