Roma miss out on €56 million after failing to qualify to Champions League

Roma have failed once more in their objective of qualifying for Champions League football.

The Giallorossi came up short for the fifth consecutive year and will have to satisfy themselves with another Europa League participation next year.

However, the failure to reach Champions League may prove costly for Roma.

As reported by Corriere della Sera, the capital club would have earned €56 million by qualifying to Europe’s most prestigious competition.
