Tommaso Baldanzi after Kosice 1-1 Roma: “I hope to play as much as possible this year.”

Roma midfielder Tommaso Baldanzi spoke at full-time of the team’s preseason friendly with Kosice.

After the final whistle in tonight’s friendly (which resulted in a 1-1 draw), Baldanzi spoke to Roma TV.

“These matches are certainly very important for finding our condition, we are training well and really hard.”

“Now some of our teammates will also return, we want to get off to a good start and do well this year. We are focused on this preseason.”

“I worked all summer, even on my body, since I’m not that big. I feel ready, I’m happy to give my support to the team.”

“I ended up in a great team, it’s not easy to settle in straight away but I think I put in some good performances. I hope I can always do better, the goal is always to help the team achieve the set objectives.”

“I hope to play as much as possible and I hope to be able to leave my mark since I haven’t managed to do so yet. But the most important objectives remain those of the team, we want to have a great season.”
