Transfer: Napoli, Galatasaray in talks for Osimhen loan deal

Victor Osimhen could be loaned by Napoli to Galatasaray, the Turkish Super Liga winners.

Osimhen failed to depart Napoli on the day of the transfer deadline, therefore his future is still up in the air.

The Partenopei Serie A squad does not include the Nigerian international.

Given that the striker was the one who first asked to leave the team, manager Antonio Conte also made hints that the player would not be added back to the team.

Napoli is currently negotiating to loan Osimhen to Galatasaray, according to Sky Sport Italia.

A significant portion of his €10 million season compensation would probably need to be split with the former Serie A winners.

Galatasaray might choose to pay the loan charge with nothing out of pocket while still covering the wages.

The transfer window for Turkey is open till September 13.
