• On tariffs all we want is reciprocity; US will be liquid and rich again

Macron:

• There is good reason to reengage now with Putin
• It is useful to have negotitions
• Let’s be sure we build sufficient guarntees
• it is to benefit of Russia to make a dearl
• A lot of my European colleagues are ready to be engaged
