UBS expects the Fed to start cutting in September

Another bank to change their call for the Fed after yesterday’s CPI, not a surprise at all.

UBS now expects the Fed to start cutting rates in September vs June.

Following the US CPI report, we now look for the Federal Reserve to cut rates two times in 2024, 25 bps each quarter
