UK November Nationwide house prices +1.2% vs +0.2% m/m expected

UK house price growth pushed higher again in November, with the annual reading seen at 3.7% and accelerating from the 2.4% reading in October. The latter marks the highest reading in two years. And all of this continues to reaffirm strong appetite in the UK housing market with the BOE on the pathway to cut rates further going into next year.
