US equities set to open slightly higher

It’s been an uneventful pre-market and relatively steady since the close yesterday. There was a slight ‘sell the fact’ trade after CPI that was met with dip buyers.

Futures are now 7 point higher, or 0.1%.

One stock in focus is Alphabet after Bloomberg reported that US regulators are considering breaking it up.
