Video: Matías Soulé embraces Roma sporting director Ghisolfi upon landing in Fiumicino

Matías Soulé got his first taste of the passion that is characteristic of Roma supporters.

Over 300 fans waited for more than two hours at Fiumicino Airport for Matías Soulé to touch down with his flight from Turin.

The Argentine arrived at 22h25 CEST earlier tonight and was met by Roma sporting director Florent Ghisolfi.

The Giallorossi executive personally came to retrieve the 21-year-old who is on the verge of completing a long-term move to Roma from Juventus.

In a video released on X and caught by one of the fans, Matías Soulé is seen embracing Ghisolfi as the two walk arm in arm toward the exit of the terminal.
