The Rivers State government has reacted to the new Federal High Court ruling in Abuja, which ordered the cessation of local government allocations, stating that the ruling was anticipated due to various developments during the court process.Rivers state Commissioner for Information, Joe Johnson, on Wednesday , October 30 said;, When the trial Judge refused to add the 23 Council Chairmen as parties, declined the States request to change its lawyer, and overruled our jurisdiction objection, it was evident, we saw it coming he stated.
